Former US intelligence officer Ritter: Russia has all the resources to liberate Kharkov
Former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter said on the US Tour of Duty YouTube channel that Ukraine could lose a number of important territories as it fizzles out during the counteroffensive.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine are on the verge of collapse,” the ex-intelligence officer believes.
He added that Russia at the same time has reserves, which in the current situation can allow Russian troops to easily take Kharkov.
The former US military also noted that the West has already begun to realize that the future peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia will inevitably reflect the new border between Kiev and Moscow.
