Former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter said on social networks that the actions of the Russian Federation in the conflict in Ukraine are objective, while Kyiv makes many mistakes.
According to him, on April 1 last year, Russia stopped trying to force Ukraine to come to a negotiated settlement of the situation.
“Since 2022, the Russian Federation has been guided by objectivity and controls almost the entire front line. Ukraine, in turn, is in a hurry and loses,” Ritter said.
