Ex-senator Arashukov, sentenced to life, complained about the conditions: they used the “swallow pose”

The politician received an unkind welcome in the special colony

Former member of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Rauf Arashukov, sentenced to life imprisonment for organizing murders, fraud and organizing a criminal community, spoke about the unlawful methods used against him in the Black Dolphin colony. Let us remember that both father and son received life sentences, and this is the only case in the history of Russia.

As MK learned, three weeks ago the Arashukovs were transferred to the colony. Arashukov Sr. was placed in a colony in Mordovia, no complaints were received from him. He was already allowed to call home, and Raul Arashukov said that his attitude towards everyone was normal.

But problems arose with Arashukov Jr. As the convict told his lawyer Elmar Alizadeh, on the very first day he was stripped naked and threatened with an enema and other illicit methods. Then the convict was required to write an explanation that he allegedly used obscene language and used criminal language. These two explanations became the basis for placing Arashukov in a punishment cell for 7 days. There, as the ex-senator states, he was put in the “swallow” position, and in this position he spent several hours. During a meeting with a lawyer through a glass partition, Arashukov said that he was secretly warned about possible troubles (including the planting of drugs) if the lawyer fought for his rights. The lawyer wrote an appeal to the Federal Penitentiary Service and the prosecutor’s office.

By the way, this is not the first appeal from the Black Dolphin, which is considered one of the toughest colonies for those serving life sentences. This is where most complaints of physical violence come from.
