The ex-producer of blogger Ilya Varlamov (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia) Polina Ganeeva filed a lawsuit against her former boss demanding to recover more than 700 thousand rubles for dismissal during pregnancy. According to Ganeeva, she worked as a producer for Varlamov from 2020 to 2021. She organized the filming of several blogger projects. He also refused to properly arrange for a woman to work, but paid a salary for the work performed, she explained. However, after telling the blogger that she was expecting a baby, and therefore she would not work fully for some time, he first offered her “a small compensation”, but then “simply fired me without any severance pay.”
