Man refuses to pay child support

A resident of one of the cities of the Moscow region, located south of the capital, is trying to turn the comic message of his ex-wife into drama. A man who is suing for children took a provocative video to the police, in which his youngest daughter, with a plastic bag on her head, begs for alms.

As it became known to MK, the passions of the former spouses, who have lived together for almost 20 years, do not subside even six months after the divorce. As soon as the woman, who alone was left to raise her 17-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter, filed for alimony, the man immediately decided to divide the children in court, and at the same time the mortgage apartment that the woman pays for.

However, the children themselves are categorically against even seeing their own dad. Last year they lived with him, as in a nightmare: a man, working in a car service, began to drink often with friends. Returning home, he scolded and beat his wife, and once cut the hand of his son with a knife, who dared to intercede for his mother. When his wife filed for divorce, he took this situation calmly and even obediently moved out to his parents’ house, but as soon as he realized that they would demand alimony from him, he came up with a way not to pay them. He filed a lawsuit in court about the separation of children: he is ready to take his son to himself, and let his daughter, so be it, let him stay with his mother.

After that, the ex-wife decided to completely deprive him of parental rights, so that there would be no more encroachments on the children on his part. And then the man, actually pressed against the wall, decided to go on the attack. He found in the memory of the phone a comic video that his wife once sent him to ask for money. On it, their joint daughter sits on the kitchen floor with a bag on her head and holds a sign “Give Christ for food. Mom is sick, father is a scoundrel. The staging not only did not amuse and pity the citizen, but became his main argument in court so that parental rights were deprived not of him, but of the ex-wife. However, his former defense will be stronger. In a conversation with the prosecutor, both children said they did not want to see their father ever again in their lives.
