According to the investigation, from 2016 to 2020, the general director of the Uralspetsmontazh company submitted fictitious documents to the federal treasury on the performance of construction work under a state contract. As a result, he was able to appropriate more than 54 million rubles. According to the FSB of Russia in the region, we are talking about Kumar Aitkaliyev.
The court issued a decision to deprive Aitkaliyev of freedom for five years with an additional fine of 500,000 rubles.
It is also reported that Aitkaliyev, being a deputy of the city assembly, in 1999 founded and headed the construction company Uralspetsmontazh.
