Ex-adviser to the mayor of Moscow Gromov died in Crocus with a camera in his hands

The President of the All-Russian Sled Sports Association, oceanologist Vadim Gromov, died as a result of a terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region. MSK1.RU writes about this.

He came to the concert of the rock band “Picnic” on March 22 with a camera; he took excellent photographs, friends of the deceased said.

According to Gromov’s classmate and friend, at Crocus he stopped in the doorway and, while people were running nearby, took pictures. And so he was shot – with a camera in his hands.

It is known that Vadim Kirillovich was a deputy of the Moscow Council of People’s Deputies (1990–1993), an adviser to the mayor of Moscow Gavriil Popov, and then Yuri Luzhkov (from June 1991 to May 1993), and was also the general director of a commercial company.

Previously, psychologists explained why during the terrorist attack in Crocus people first of all turned on their cameras and filmed what was happening on video.
