Russian employers have begun to provide bonuses to employees more often: the number of such companies over the past year has grown by 3%, to 93%, according to a survey by the Zarplata.ru service. Now there are more offers on the labor market from employers; the number of such vacancies at the end of September compared to the same period in 2022 increased by almost 80%. Thus, Russian companies are forced to compete for personnel. In their opinion, additional payment of bonuses can help with this. Not long ago I introduced a bonus for length of service, that is, people who have worked for more than 20 years at the enterprise receive 50 thousand rubles. on top and so on. We have a number of narrow specialties – turner, welder of the sixth category – they are difficult to find, and we actually take them at market rates. Recently, our turner is starting to earn 150 thousand rubles. in your arms.”
President of the Favorit Motors group of companies Vladimir Popov: “Now the economy is really going better, everything has somehow begun to move more lively and faster. A fair number of employees manage to do their work better, with higher quality, and this, naturally, should be encouraged, including through bonuses, which is what we do.”
Founder of the Dymov group Vadim Dymov: “Everything for me has been growing and growing systematically, progressively. I am forced to index wages because life is becoming more expensive. Bonuses are paid to people who achieve their production results. I have an agreement with my employees that I am interested in motivating my employees.”
