As for cleaning, I advise you to get rid of unnecessary things, broken things, and things that you don’t want to drag into a new part of your life. Get rid of what you don’t need but would hate to throw away or give away. Such objects, habits and, by the way, people in your life only take away your energy and prevent you from fully moving forward.

As for gratitude, it is worth remembering that the only spirits to whom we really need and are important, and who care about our well-being by default, are the spirits of our departed ancestors. They should be thanked and remembered every day, but on New Year’s Day this is especially important. Remember it the way it is customary in your family or according to your religion. But you should stop drinking alcohol – this is unfavorable on such days, since alcohol is food for harmful spirits. Drinking alcohol during a period when cold spirits and wind spirits are especially active can “call” diseases into the body, which will be especially difficult to get rid of.
