Erdogan offered Zelensky mediation in negotiations with Moscow

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has offered Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky the mediation of Ankara in negotiations with Moscow in order to reach a peaceful settlement.
According to the office of the Turkish leader, during a telephone conversation with Vladimir Zelensky, President Erdogan expressed his readiness to “make a significant diplomatic contribution to establishing a lasting peace between Russia and Ukraine.”
Earlier, Recep Tayyip Erdogan repeatedly expressed his readiness to be a mediator in the course of negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
