For the current exhibition, Baseus has developed the mentioned direction of its business so much that it presented the concept of an electric vehicle charger at IFA – a solution for private car owners. So far, the most accessible detailed information concerns the name. The development received the long name Nebula Series Green GaN EV Charger.
According to the description of the creators, the engineers developed a charger based on the so-called GaN semiconductors. This innovative technology improves heat dissipation, significantly improves power transfer efficiency and allows the finished device to fit into a compact form factor, Baseus representatives assure.
In the generated images, the Nebula Series Green GaN EV Charger looks really small, even cozy. It seems that this charge is easy to fit in your garage or even in an underground parking lot. On the street, it can also be installed without fear in terms of operating conditions.
The station ensures the safety of its filling due to the IP55 dust and moisture protection class. Not the highest, but sufficient for outdoor use. In addition, the Nebula Series Green GaN EV Charger has some 11-level protection with a self-diagnostic function. What it really is, the manufacturer has not yet disclosed. These details, as well as availability and pricing, were promised by Baseus at a later date.
