Basketball players of Energia continue active preparations for the start of the new season of the Women’s Super League. For a month, the black-and-oranges trained and played team interactions. First, the coaching staff worked on the physical condition of the players for two weeks, giving them loads at the southern training camp in Alushta. After returning from Alushta, the basketball players of Energia began to work on game elements, and on August 31 they played the first friendly match.
Black-and-orange in the opening match of the Litvinov tournament opposed the reigning champions of the Women’s Superleague – the backup team of the MBA. The match turned out to be equal and fighting, and it ended in many respects sensationally. Energiya defeated the best team of the Superleague last season with a score of 57:55.
Energiya will play the next match in Litvinov’s tournament on September 4th. Black-orange will play against “UMMC-Junior”.
