Sauces and margarine “start” processes in the body that contribute to the appearance of oncology and other serious diseases, endocrinologist Zukhra Pavlova wrote in her Telegram channel.
She called sauce and margarine foods that should not be in the diet.
Pavlova wrote that any sauces and margarine increase the risk of developing a malignant tumor, obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. According to her, for example, mayonnaise actively contributes to the aging of the body.
The doctor recommended, in principle, to refrain from sauces when baking and frying foods.
