How reports official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, in the Kaluga region, rescuers managed to rescue a dog that had fallen through the ice from the river.
It is specified that the incident occurred in the city of Kirov. A local resident told rescuers that she saw a dog run onto the thin ice of the Vyatka River and fall through.
“Department employees used a ladder and a rope to pull the dog out of the hole. The concerned applicant wrapped the frozen and frightened dog in a blanket,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a statement.
