The cruiser is equipped with 16 Bulava ballistic missiles and modern torpedo weapons. These submarines belong to the fourth generation and are part of the submarine forces of the Northern and Pacific fleets. The Navy currently has three missile submarines of the Borei-A class in service, one is completing tests, and three more are under construction.
