It was especially difficult for those whose school is located not in a metropolis, but in the outback. If you are a young village teacher and came only after university and if there is no one to tell you, where to get information? Now this problem is being solved at the state level. A unified standard in education emerged, teachers were provided with work programs already developed and verified by experts and, most importantly, they were provided with teaching materials and the opportunity to receive all the necessary information through a proven and high-quality tool – the FSIS “My School”.

In addition, I follow the broadcasts of seminars, which, thanks to this site, are also available to me,” said Natalya, a young teacher from the Perm region. – The guys really like the teaching material that they provide us. These include films and conversations with interesting people. And you can’t even imagine how useful this is at “Conversations about Important Things”! According to my observations, the children really like it when the types of activities change. We talked, read, wrote, watched videos. And we can do all this with them thanks to the help that was actually brought to me on a silver platter.

The fact that tools based on the teacher’s background contribute to faster learning of the material is also emphasized by Natalya’s colleague, an elementary school teacher with 35 years of experience in a city with a population of one million, Nina Nikolaevna.

– I use a variety of different types of tools. One of them is interactive electronic boards, a projector and, of course, a good old chalk board to help, which, I think, should also not be forgotten. The second type is all the methodological and didactic material that is at our disposal. At the initial stage, to master counting I use individual cards, sound cards, beads, and boats. Middle and senior managers also have a lot of interesting visual aids. Just today I saw a colleague, a history teacher, have a huge figure of an ancient Russian warrior in armor and a helmet. It was not voluminous, but flat, but in full height. The guys crowded around her and looked at her with great interest and enthusiasm, discussing what he was wearing and what kind of warrior he was. Can you imagine how interesting a lesson about Ancient Rus’ would be if the children became so interested during recess?

The teacher emphasizes that visibility gives children the opportunity to develop their oral speech and learn to build an evidence base.

– That is, I not only speak, but also show. Touch, feel, show with a pointer – it’s more interesting to learn the subject! – the teacher reasonably notes.

Electronic resource as a help

“Microscopes, magnifying glasses, herbariums, kits—so many things were provided to our school division,” lists Russian and literature teacher Leonid Ivanovich. – But I would also focus on electronic resources. Of course, we are recommended to use computers in moderation, but in some cases we can’t live without them. Convenient and fast: press a button and you’re done. Electronic textbooks, electronic notebooks are a very modern idea. This format makes it possible to instantly open text on any page. Electronic resources allow you to take a test to check your knowledge and listen to an audio file. By the way, about the audio format – my experience has shown that in their free time it is very useful for children to listen to literary works performed by masters of words. This way Russian literature is perceived more vividly.





Nina Nikolaevna shares her experience of using the electronic resource:

– For example, recently I asked the children to learn the multiplication table for seven. Electronic school gives you the opportunity to do this with music: you go about your business at home, and at the same time sing a song. In addition, I can support any task with a test or application. And, most importantly, now my colleagues and I don’t need to look for material on the Internet ourselves – there is already ready-made, strictly selected material, in which everything unnecessary is cut off and only the essence is collected.

As noted by the organizer and director of the educational project “School of Young Engineers “Vector NICA”, teacher of mathematics and technology at school No. 7 of Dubna, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences Natalia Teryaeva, digital tools in the educational process can be a significant help to teachers and motivate students to acquire knowledge in new form. In this case, Russia would quickly solve the problem of the shortage of engineering, scientific and IT personnel and create an exemplary system of education and training of young specialists. Therefore, according to Teryaeva, it is necessary to create a modern computer infrastructure as quickly as possible for the use of these tools in all Russian schools. And this is also one of the tasks when building a unified educational environment.
