Electronic student cards and record books will appear on State Services

The Ministry of Digital Development reported that next year electronic grade books, student cards and other important documents that will confirm study at a higher educational institution may appear on the State Services portal.
It is clarified that at State Services you will be able to use various student discounts, as well as monitor your progress.
“It is planned that student ID cards in electronic form will become available to Russian students in 2024,” the ministry noted.
Next year, electronic documents will be available to students studying at master’s, specialty and bachelor’s degrees, as well as graduate students and residents.
