El Mundo: Ukraine will receive F-16 after the end of the counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Columnist Pablo Pardo in an article for El Mundo drew attention to the statement by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken that the transfer of F-16 fighters to Ukraine could take several months.
“Delays matter a lot,” Pardo said.
He admitted that when the first Abrams tanks and F-16 fighters reached the front, the Ukrainian counter-offensive would already be over “due to a lack of ammunition for artillery.”
The author of the material also noted that from the moment the US administration decides to send any weapons to Ukraine, as a rule, a very long time passes before its implementation.
So Pardo pointed out that there is every reason to believe that in a few weeks the Ukrainian Armed Forces will run out of cluster munitions that were previously transferred to them by the United States, and if there is no additional supply of ammunition for artillery, then the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian forces will end.
