Efimov: Entrepreneurs can join the program and rent a building for a hotel for 1 ruble

The preferential program “1 ruble per square meter per year” has expanded. Now it will be possible to restore the historic building for the subsequent placement of a hotel there. By the end of the year, investors will be able to see an unusual lot at the capital’s auctions. This was stated by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his social networks.

“Entrepreneurs who want to develop the hotel business in the capital can now join the preferential program and rent a building as a hotel at a rate of 1 ruble per square meter per year. Until the end of this year, a historic mansion in the Tagansky district of the capital will be put up for auction, where the artists brothers Sergei and Konstantin Korovin were born and lived in the 19th century. The contract with the winner of the auction will be concluded for 20 years,” said Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.

The lot, which will soon appear at the auction, is the only surviving building of the Korovin estate in the Rogozhskaya Sloboda. Now the building is located at 24, Building 4, Tovarishchesky Lane. According to the head of the DGI, Maxim Gaman, the two-story building is a cultural heritage site. Its area is 255.7 square meters. The building needs restoration, for which the developer will have 5 years. The room stock of the future hotel will occupy at least 75% of the area of ​​the building, and the hotel itself will have 3, 4 or 5 stars.
