Minister of Education and Science Valery Falkov took the floor at the memorial service: “Peter was the soul of the company. We all remember him in different ways. He was unusual. And subtly felt life.

He was madly in love with Diana. Among the priorities in the first place for him was always family and homeland. Peter was a true patriot, there can be no doubt about that.

Petya is a simple guy from the outback, he has always been appreciated. It is no coincidence that rectors, vice-rectors, lawyers and representatives of the scientific community are present here. He was always ready to lend a shoulder and help.

Peter has been with me since the first day he moved to Moscow. You could rely on him. It was comfortable with him. We can hardly imagine how we can go without him.”
