Now the notary will be the defendant
The Dorogomilovsky Court of Moscow has begun re-examining the claim of actor and showman Nikita Dzhigurda. The outrageous character continues to fight for the inheritance of businesswoman Bratash.
As MK learned, Dzhigurda is trying through the court to oblige the notary Oleg Chernyavsky to issue him a certificate of the right to inheritance, which amounts to millions of rubles. The second contender for the inheritance is Bratash’s sister Svetlana Romanova. Previously, Dzhigurda tried to recognize Romanova as an illegitimate heir, but the court refused to do so. Since initially Romanova also appeared as a third party in the claim against the notary, Dzhigurda was denied this claim as well. Themis’ servant explained that the artist had already lost to Romanova before, and a lawsuit cannot be filed twice on the same issue.
However, in a private complaint, Dzhigurda explained that the defendant in the case is still notary Chernyavsky, and not Romanova. The Moscow City Court agreed with him and sent the case for a new trial.
