According to him, the news about Sasiev’s death came shortly after the match, and the team had just found out about it. Galaktionov said that Sasiev worked for the club for a long time, and for everyone it was a shock.
“The whole team dedicates this victory to him, we are with him mentally,” said the coach.
The match was held in Rostov, Lokomotiv won with a score of 3:1 thanks to a hat-trick by Artem Dzyuba. Thanks to the victory, the “railroad workers” scored 16 points and climbed to 13th place in the RPL standings.
