Well almost,” with reference to informed sources, reports that during searches, currency worth hundreds of millions of rubles, as well as several cars, were seized from the director of the Department of Social and Economic Development of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Igor Khranovsky.
The publication’s data indicate that about $3 million, approximately a million euros and six premium cars were confiscated from the Stavropol official.
It is noted that on the morning of March 26, employees of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained officials of the Ministry of Economic Development directly in the department itself at their workplaces. Khranovsky was among those detained.
