Dozens of flights canceled at Turkish Gaziantep airport due to UFO
In the Turkish city of Gaziantep, dozens of flights were canceled due to an unidentified object in the sky. The portal Haberler.com writes about this.
The UFO was spotted by the crews of two passenger planes at an altitude of 2,743 meters around 00:30. The pilots reported the incident to the airport’s air traffic control center.
“The detection of the object was also confirmed by air traffic controllers,” the portal reports.
As a result, flights were suspended for several hours, a number of aircraft that were supposed to land in Gaziantep were sent to other airports. Flights resumed only at 11:30. An official comment was promised to be provided in the near future.
