Doctor Tyazhelnikov advised to give up coffee during magnetic storms

Andrey Tyazhelnikov, Chief Freelance Specialist for Primary Health Care at the Moscow Department of Health, explained in an interview with reporters why it might be more beneficial to cut down on coffee during magnetic storms.
To mitigate the impact of magnetic storms, he said, it can be useful to control blood pressure, as well as streamline the diet.
“It is necessary … to limit the consumption of fried and starchy foods, to reduce the quantity and improve the quality of what is eaten … to drink more clean water, to minimize the consumption of salt, … strong tea, coffee,” Tyazhelnikov said.
The expert advised to replace these drinks with herbal tea or infusion.
