Butchers noted that you do not need to lie in bed for a long time if you cannot fall asleep. After 20 minutes, you need to get up, walk around and return to bed again. The doctor warned against drinking coffee, alcohol and nicotine at night. All this excites, said Myasnikov.

He explained that at night there is no need to overeat, after gluttony he sleeps anxiously. But a hearty dinner helps you fall asleep quickly. In his opinion, it is better to be calm and fat than thin and angry.

“Avoid glowing clocks in the bedroom. Constant reconciliation of time does not allow you to fall deeply into sleep. No news on TV and social networks at least two hours before bedtime!” – the expert emphasized.

Alexander Myasnikov also shared his personal recipe for falling asleep quickly. If he drinks a couple of glasses of beer, he is guaranteed to fall asleep at any time. Therefore, he allows himself to drink this low-alcohol drink only at night.
