According to the Ukrainian channel Otkryty, Andriy Tereshchuk, director of DTEK Dniprovskye Elektroseti, told reporters that power engineers in the city of Dnipro will be forced to carry out rolling blackouts in the coming winter.
According to him, the main reason is the destroyed infrastructure, which has not been fully restored.
“There will be blackouts…. If we live without electricity for four to eight hours a day, it will be good,” Tereshchuk said.
