The head coach of the Krasnodar “Kuban” Robert Evdokimov commented defeat of his team in a home match from Rodina Moscow with a score of 0:1.

“A disgusting game on our part. The first half is the worst football of all time, said the specialist at the post-match press conference. – In the second half, we reorganized tactically, other players came out, played a lot in the opponent’s half of the pitch, but it didn’t come to scoring chances. And the opponent acted competently, and we were some kind of disaster in terms of quality. I always defend the players, but in this situation, there will probably be a tough conversation – lack of will, poor quality of the game, wrong actions … We work so much, we played such good matches, but today we did everything the other way around. It all comes from the head, perhaps they thought that it would be an easy match, although I don’t know why … I would like to apologize to the fans, because I personally did not expect such a game.

Robert Evdokimov answered the question of whether the Moscow team has its place in the standings. Before the match with Kuban, Rodina was in the penultimate place in the standings.

– I don’t know if Rodina is in its place. We prepare for all teams in the same way. And the championship is unpredictable. Ulyanovsk “Volga”, which is in last place, beat the leading “Alania”. And also visiting. In our game in the first half there was my tactical mistake, I built the game incorrectly. I take responsibility. In the second half, we crushed Rodina, but experienced players are gathered there, there are also legionnaires. And the guests were stronger than us.
