The Troitsky District Court of Moscow arrested director Vsevolod Lisovsky for 15 days on charges of disobeying the police (19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by his daughter, Eva Lisovskaya. On February 25, the term of a similar arrest of the director under the same article ended.
“The trial is over. Sentence – 15 days. The court refused to accept evidence of the innocence of the pope from the side of the defense: no witnesses were called, the videos that confirmed that the pope did not go beyond Sakharovo were refused, ”wrote Eva Lisovskaya on Facebook (owned by the extremist and banned in the Russian Federation Meta).
On February 10, Vsevolod Lisovsky and actor Ivan Anisimov, who played the director in performances, were detained by police on the street. According to OVD-Info (recognized as a foreign agent), the police initially accused the director of using foul language. Then a report of disobedience to the police was drawn up against him and he was arrested for 15 days.
Lawyers for OVD-Info reported that Vsevolod Lisovsky was serving his sentence at the Department of Migration in Sakharovo. After being released from the detention center on February 25, the director was again detained. Eva Lisovskaya claimed that the reason for drawing up a protocol of disobedience to the police was the director’s refusal to get into the police car after his release.
In May and September 2022, Vsevolod Lisovsky was detained during street performances based on the play Fear and Despair in the Third Empire by German playwright Bertolt Brecht. In November of the same year, the Ostankino District Court fined him 50,000 rubles. under the article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
