RIA Novosti reports that the audience of the German newspaper Die Welt criticized the words of Vladimir Zelensky that the West is no longer afraid of Russia.
The President of Ukraine stated this while speaking in the country’s parliament at the end of December. According to Zelensky, it was Ukraine that helped the West find itself again and feel its dominance.
“Such megalomania,” one reader noted.
“Why does he think he can speak for everyone in the West?” another asked.
A third commentator noted that the Ukrainian leader should have thought that “Russia still has enough different missiles that can cause very serious damage.”
Also, one user pointed out that “nothing is more annoying than the systematic use of the term “fear” to control the population in the West.”
