The court did not prescribe any restrictions to the well-known criminal authority Zakhary Kalashov (nickname Shakro Molodoy) in the decision on parole. This means that he does not need to appear at the police department, and the district police officer will not periodically visit him

In a decision on parole, the court often prescribes restrictions for the person who is being released on parole. Most often, this is an obligation to appear at the criminal executive inspection (CII) at least once a month. During such visits, the released person tells where he works, where and how he lives, and provides documents that the inspector may ask him for. The inspector can also help him. The court decision on parole may stipulate the obligation to allow a local police officer or other police officer to visit you for meetings, as well as a ban on leaving the region without the permission of the police department.

As MK learned, such requirements were not specified in the decision regarding Kalashov, since he sees practically nothing, and it would be difficult for him to appear at the correctional institute. In addition, Kalashov has permanent connections and has no financial problems, so there is no need for the district police officer to visit him to make sure that he does not lead a marginal lifestyle. However, parole imposes restrictions on leaving the country. It is likely that Kalashov will not be able to leave Russia without the consent of law enforcement agencies. Typically, such permissions are given if a person needs to travel to relatives or for treatment. If Kalashov comes under criminal prosecution again, the unserved sentence will be added to the term – it will be added to the new term.
