The artist admitted that he “was stupid”

Pavel Derevianko is going through a difficult financial period in his life. The artist became a victim of his own gullibility. Derevianko could lose about 45 million rubles, which he invested in cryptocurrency.

The story was as follows. Back in 2021, Pavel thought about how to invest profitably, and on the advice of his friend, he invested money in cryptocurrency. According to the latest information, it was an amount of about a million rubles. Interestingly, in the first few months he received a good income: he was returned the entire amount and another 10 percent of the profit. Of course, after such success, many lose their vigilance, which is what happened with Derevianko. As a result, when after some time the same acquaintance invited him to invest again, the artist happily agreed. It was about a joint cryptocurrency business with his friend. They promised an income of 84 percent per annum. The actor, inspired by success, signed new documents without looking and invested again. He didn’t receive any income, but after a while he received a notification that he owed the crypto currency 45 million rubles! Pavel, of course, was stunned by this outcome of the matter. Not only did he lose his money, but he also allegedly owed a gigantic sum. After receiving notification of the claims, Derevianko filed a counterclaim, which he told reporters about. He also completely denies his guilt in this case. “I can say that I am crystal clear. I’m just wrong in that I was stupid and short-sighted. I was not professionally financially savvy. It was my friend, now a former friend, it was a betrayal. I trusted him completely, and then this happened. Well, it’s okay: we learn from mistakes. Now I would advise listening to yourself and listening to your family,” the artist commented.

By the way, on the advice of Derevyanko, his friend, actor Artyom Tkachenko, also invested in cryptocurrency. According to the latest data, he has already lost six million rubles. The actor also wrote a statement to law enforcement agencies regarding fraud.
