Anatoly Razinkin, First Deputy Prosecutor General, said that prosecutors had succeeded in canceling the unjustified mobilization of 15,000 citizens. He recalled that prosecutors were included in the draft commissions. Thanks to this, according to him, many violations were stopped, and “the discovered shortcomings were literally eliminated around the clock.”
“I will note some statistical data on the results of work in this area over the past year. We have identified over 12,000 violations of the law, submitted more than 3,000 acts of response, and stopped unreasonable conscription measures against 15,000 citizens,” Mr. Razinkin listed, speaking at the Federation Council (quoted by TASS).
President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization on September 21, 2022. On October 31, he announced its completion, were mobilized 318 thousand people. Russian authorities repeatedly deniedthat there will be a second wave of mobilization.
On April 11, the State Duma approved the law on a unified register of conscripts, equating electronic summonses to paper ones. It is assumed that from the date of receipt of the summons (both in electronic and paper form), a ban on leaving Russia for the recipient is introduced. In the State Duma spokethat the new rules for obtaining subpoenas will affect all those liable for military service.
