“At this stage, obviously, we also need a project for the very remaining Ukraine, which may remain as a result of this conflict. After freezing this conflict. Because we also need to work with this,” Zatulin said.

Zatulin also discussed the conditions of peace. “As for stopping hostilities, it will happen sooner or later, of course, but for us we must strive to ensure that we move as far as possible,” he said. For example, in his opinion, it is necessary to advance to the Transnistrian border.

He also began to speculate about what to do with property in the new territories that had previously been owned by Ukrainian businessmen. And he said that there are three approaches.

“First, we respect private property so much that we do not question that it is not ours.
