Deputy Sultan Khamzaev from the State Duma proposes to introduce at the legislative level the term “unfriendly relocants”, which will apply to people who have left Russia and are working abroad for political reasons. He considers it necessary to expand the concept of relocants so that it includes not only company employees, but also individuals working abroad for themselves.
The deputy claims that such people are trying to humiliate their country and its inhabitants. He proposes to consolidate this term in labor legislation and introduce employment restrictions for unfriendly relocants, as well as require them to submit a mandatory report to the Ministry of Labor, similar to the reports of foreign agents to the Ministry of Justice.
