The deputy governor for defense of the Zaporizhia region with the call sign “Terek” said that at the moment the fighters of the volunteer battalion named after Pavel Sudoplatov are ready to perform combat missions of any complexity.
According to him, now the battalion is conducting combat coordination and testing with military equipment. At the same time, several companies are created on the basis of the battalion, and they will include a rifle company.
“We have not set any tasks yet, but we are ready. There are people with great combat experience in our battalion. They fought and they know what it is. In general, we are ready to go out and perform tasks of any nature,” Terek said.
He specified that the battalion is equipped with high-quality weapons, clothing and equipment. The servicemen have at their disposal trucks and cars, armored vehicles and a variety of weapons.
