Death toll from fires in Kurgan region rises to six

As a result of wildfires in the Kurgan region, 6 people died and 14 were injured, doctors told TASS. They clarified that the victims mostly had burn injuries, all of them were hospitalized.
Due to fires in the region destroyed over 40 buildings. Today, May 8, in the Kurgan region arrived Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Alexander Kurenkov. According to him, firefighters localized 9 out of 13 fires active in the region.
