The grandson of the first president of the Fifth French Republic, General Charles de Gaulle, Pierre said that he did not exclude the possibility of visiting the Crimea.
When asked about plans to visit our country again, Pierre de Gaulle said that first of all he needed to focus on the St. Petersburg summit and the Russia-Africa summit in July. The grandson of the first president added that he might visit the peninsula, but he would do it later.

Pierre de Gaulle has repeatedly visited Russia. So, in May in Volgograd, he took part in the opening of the monument to Charles de Gaulle in the panorama museum “Battle of Stalingrad”.
The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum began its work today, June 14. The Russia-Africa summit will also take place in St. Petersburg at the end of July.
