“Daddy’s girls” are always waiting for us at home

Well, the work on the site on the new season of the series “Daddy’s Daughters” has come to an end. Now the viewer is looking forward to the appearance of the characters on the screens.

Moreover, fans of this picture will again see their favorite characters, representatives of the close-knit Vasnetsov family – mother Lyudmila Sergeevna (Nonna Grishaeva), father Sergei Vasnetsov (Andrey Leonov), grandmother (Olga Volkova), daughters Galina Sergeevna (Liza Arzamasova), Masha ( Miroslava Karpovich), Buttons (Ekaterina Starshova), and, of course, the cult secretary of all times and peoples Tamara Kozhemyatko (Tatiana Orlova). The premiere of the new “Daddy’s Daughters” will be held in the fall.

For those viewers who love this series and watched the development of events in the Vasnetsov family from season to season (and there were twenty of them, and they were on TV from 2007 to 2013), it is known that the five Vasnetsov daughters remained under the supervision of their mother, then under the strict guidance of his father. Parents quarreled and from time to time ran away to take a break from family worries, either to Krasnoyarsk or to Canada.

This “curse” of the Vasnetsov family overtakes Venik (Philip Bledny) in the new season. His loving wife Dasha (Anastasia Sivaeva) leaves on one of her wedding anniversaries, leaving her husband to take care of four girls. Veniamin finds himself in the same interesting position as Vasnetsov Sr., starting to perform the functions of dad, mom and friend of his daughters at the same time. As always, older family members and friends come to the rescue.

In previous seasons, Alexander Zhigalkin, in addition to the function of the director of the series, also played the role of one of the characters – the head of the Radio Active radio station, where Zhenya, the most athletic daughter of this family, worked.

In the new season, Zhigalkin again acts as a director. He had to find new actresses, performers of the role of the now daughters of Venik and Dasha. With the incredible love of the audience for the former cast of the series, the casting was really a difficult thing.

“For a long time we could not find an actress for the role of the elder Sonya,” says Alexander Zhigalkin. – She appeared just a few days before the “motor” command. This character has a great dramatic load. And the youngest was approved first. But it’s one thing to approve everyone, and another thing to create an ensemble so that the girls look like a real family. It seems to me that we succeeded.

The process of creating the scenery is curious: the apartment in which the family of Venik and Masha lives with their four daughters was built for more than a month. On 130 square meters there are girls’ rooms, a living room, a bathroom, an entrance hall. There is also something that was not there in previous seasons – an elevator, a staircase with several flights and a landing in front of the apartment itself.

All the actors of “Daddy’s Daughters” after the series went on the air, became incredibly popular and in demand in Russian cinema. The audience followed both their filmography and their personal lives, the details of which were filled with fashion magazines and gossip columns. Philip Bledny, for example, during this time managed to star in the iconic TV series “Kitchen”, “Hotel Eleon”, “Fitness” and many full-length film projects.

“The shooting was an incredible adventure,” says Philip Bledny. – If I say that at one time I did not want to be in the place of Andrei Leonov in “Daddy’s Daughters”, it would not be true. And then the colossal joy fell on me to become the film father of the four most amazing actresses! I am very glad that fate turned out this way and gave me a chance to make a new round of this project interesting, full of love, friendship and humor.

The roles of Venik’s daughters were played by Eva Smirnova, Vita Kornienko, Polina Ainutdinova and Polina Denisova. All of them, despite their youth, have a fairly solid track record of work in cinema.

It is worth recalling that the previous seasons of “Daddy’s Daughters” have already received TEFI four times. The series starred 20 guest stars, including Andrei Malakhov, Igor Vernik, Soso Pavliashvili, Tatyana Bulanova, Timati, the Roots group and others.
