Cynologist Atherton named dog breeds with the most bad behavior

British dog handler Will Atherton told Australian portal 7 News, which breeds of dogs have the biggest problems with discipline.

Atherton noted that dogs of the so-called working line most often become restless – such pets are designed to help people (police dogs, guide dogs, etc.), but their behavior will suffer greatly if the owner does not cultivate those qualities in them for which these animals are valued.

The fact is, the cynologist explained, that with insufficient activity, a kind dog becomes angry and indifferent.

According to the specialist, the English Cocker Spaniel and Cane Corso are the two most naughty breeds that Atherton came across in his practice. For example, hunting Cocker Spaniels need a lot of outdoor play and attention, otherwise they become restless, begin to bark a lot and experience cognitive impairment. The same can be said about the Cane Corso – born guard dogs.

Atherton explained that the bad behavior of dogs is due solely to the negligence of the owners. According to him, in the hands of a person who knows how to handle dogs, even representatives of those breeds that people consider dangerous, such as the Rottweiler and the American Pit Bull Terrier, will become the cutest pets.
