The sale of property nationalized in Crimea will begin in the second half of 2023, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov told reporters.
Now, according to him, the Crimean authorities are taking measures to inventory objects, state and cadastral registration, registration of property rights. “After registration of this property, a management decision will be made on its involvement in circulation. The auction is planned for the second half of 2023,” the speaker of the regional parliament emphasized.
Earlier, the Crimean authorities nationalized more than 130 objects belonging to Ukrainian owners: a cinema, factories, large shopping centers and shops.
The main criterion for the seizure of property, officials noted, was the open anti-Russian position of their owners. According to Sergei Aksenov, these facilities should be exhibited up for auction in June.
