After signing a card of 64 (-7) without bogey on Thursday, the South Korean Narin An once again achieved a clear round and completed her second round in 65 (-6). Narin An (-13) is two strokes ahead of her compatriot Hye-Jin Choi (-11), author of a 63 finished in style by two eagles and a birdie on the last four holes. The South African Paula Reto, leader after the first lap, remains in contact and is also at -11. Just like the American and ex-world number 1 Nelly Korda who shot 64 this Friday.
Roussin-Bouchard 32nd and first in France
After a great first lap, the French Pauline Roussin-Bouchard had more difficulties on her second day. The 22-year-old scored the hit of the day with a hole-in-one at 8 but also alternated with the worst by conceding two bogeys at 1 and 10 then a triple at 14. Roussin-Bouchard finally returned a card of 71 and remains at -5 total.
Among the other Habs in the field, Perrine Delacour, top 10 after the first round, returned a card of 74 with five bogeys. She is provisional 68th at -2 total and will have to wait for the results of the other players who have not completed 36 holes to find out if she will play this weekend. It’s over for Céline Herbin (-1), Céline Boutier (+1) and Agathe Laisné (+5) who do not pass the provisional cut set at -2.
