Court in Moscow fines TikTok for showing LGBT relationships

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined TikTok 2 million rubles for posting four videos showing unconventional relationships.
Magistrate Timur Vakhrameev read out the decision, according to which TikTok is found guilty under part 2 of article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“failure to delete information or a website by the owner of the website if the obligation to delete such information, the website is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation”).
In this regard, the organization was sentenced to a fine of 2 million rubles, concluded Vakhrameev.
