A court in Moscow decided to fine blogger Nikolai Lebedev (Nekoglai) 5,000 rubles and deport him to Moldova for violating immigration laws.

Earlier in the day, it became known that the blogger was detained against the background of his publication on TikTok of a parody of the Russian military. Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League, complained about this video to the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The press secretary of the Presnensky Court, Lela Kokaya, explained that Lebedev was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 3.1 of article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. According to her, the expulsion of the blogger is possible, since he is a citizen not of Russia, but of Moldova.
