A resident of Chelyabinsk, suspected of kidnapping a girl in 2009 and murdering a woman in 2011, was previously convicted of robbery. This was announced on Monday, July 31, by a source in regional law enforcement agencies.
According to the interlocutor of RIA Novosti, a man born in 1972 in 1989 received a criminal record under Part 2 of Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR.
Investigators found that in the fall of 2009, under the pretext of drinking alcohol, a man brought a local resident to a private house, whom he kept in the house until July 30, 2023. When the kidnapper’s mental illness worsened, he was hospitalized. Only after that the woman managed to get out. A criminal case has been initiated under paragraph “c” part 2 of Art. 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (kidnapping).
After the kidnapper came to the attention of law enforcement agencies, the remains of another woman were found in his house, and a murder case was opened on this fact.
Earlier, MK reported that the neighbors of the Chelyabinsk maniac are sure that his mother Valentina knew everything about the adventures of her son, however covered him. At the same time, the man is characterized as a quiet, albeit strange, person. According to the neighbors, they could not even think that he was doing something terrible.
