Footballer of the Moscow club “Spartak” Quincy Promes was put on the international wanted list. He was previously sentenced to six years in prison in a drug smuggling case in the Netherlands.

14 February Amsterdam Court sentenced Quincy Promesa to six years in prison on charges of smuggling drugs through the port of Antwerp in 2020 with a total weight of more than 1.3 tons. The prosecutor’s office requested nine years in prison. The footballer was not present at the trial. He is at a training camp with Spartak in the UAE. Quincy Promes intends to appeal the verdict.
