Completed 80% of the scope of work in the format “From home to home”

Eight Moscow streets have completed 80% of the landscaping work. Specialists of the Municipal Economy Complex carry out work in the “From Home to Home” format.
“The “From Home to Home” format is one of the important parts of the citywide program “My District”, aimed at creating comfortable living conditions in all districts and settlements of the capital. These works are more local in nature and provide for the improvement of the territory from the facade of the building on one side of the street to the facade of the building on the other side,” said Moscow Deputy Mayor Pyotr Biryukov.
As part of the project, Bratislavskaya, Krasnodonskaya, Zelenodolskaya, Academician Skryabin, Kastanaevskaya, Armavirskaya streets, sections of Dmitrovskoye Highway and Novoyasenevsky Prospekt are being renovated. The landscaping is expected to be completed in 2023.
“Currently, 80% of the total volume of planned work has been completed, for example, landscaping on Armavirskaya Street is almost completed. As part of the projects, the road surface is being changed, new sidewalks and parking lots are being built, lamps with energy-saving lamps and modern bus stops are being installed, and landscaping is being carried out. One of the significant components is the construction of new or the transfer of existing ground pedestrian crossings to more convenient places for residents and equipping them with contrast lighting poles,” said Pyotr Biryukov.
When selecting streets for improvement in the “From Home to Home” format, the condition of the roadway, traffic intensity, proximity to important social and other facilities, as well as standards for overhaul periods are taken into account.
