Commonwealth League created for football teams of Donbass, Abkhazia and South Ossetia

At the Commonwealth forum, which is taking place in Evpatoria, it was decided to create a Commonwealth Football League, which will include teams from the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
Teams from Crimea, Sevastopol, Kherson, Zaporozhye and Kharkiv regions will take part in the Commonwealth League championship, the press service of the organization reported.
The new league will not belong to the structures of the Russian Football Union.
Earlier, the honored coach of Russia in football Boris Ignatiev said that the unrecognized republics are interested in holding the Commonwealth championship.
