ChSU student won the interregional bodybuilding Cup

A student of the Faculty of Economics of the Chuvash State University, Maria Filippova, became the winner of the interregional Cup of the Nizhny Novgorod region in bodybuilding in the junior category. The competition was held on April 7.

“Preparing for bodybuilding competitions is a colossal amount of work,” says the athlete. – Usually this is two workouts a day: in the morning – cardio and stretching, in the evening strength training and posing. It is important to control not only training and nutrition, but also the body’s recovery.”
