China acted as a co-author of the Russian resolution on the need to investigate the sabotage on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines, submitted to the UN. This was reported in the Russian mission in an international organization.

Recall that in the fall of 2022, the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines were blown up. Russia is not allowed to investigate sabotage, while no specific results of the investigation have yet been announced.

American journalist Seymour Hersh accused the United States of organizing sabotage, saying that President Joe Biden himself ordered them, and Biden’s adviser Jake Sullivan, who is in charge of national security issues at the White House, oversaw the operation.
